Easy Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind about the style? Don’t worry! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exchange your ring. The ring must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns
Not happy with your ring or had a change of heart? You can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Once we’ve checked the item, we’ll refund your original method of payment.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your ring arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo at hello@exalina.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Important Details

  • Personalised rings (engravings, custom sizes) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the item has been worn.
  • Standard jewellery (rings, bracelets, necklaces) can be returned within 30 days if in original condition.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Guarantee
Here at Exalina, we prioritize craftsmanship. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products covering manufacturing defects and functional issues arising from normal use.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement or issue a refund. We focus on resolving functional failures (e.g., loose stones, broken clasps).

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To use your warranty, please email hello@exalina.com with:

  1. Your name and order number.
  2. Clear photos of the jewellery showing the issue.
  3. A short description of the defect.


Once we verify your claim (confirming it is a manufacturing defect), our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
Verification requires the return of the item for physical inspection to confirm the nature of the issue and prevent misuse of the warranty process.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Important Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Physical damage due to misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs (e.g., resizing by another jeweler).
  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches from daily use, natural tarnishing).
